Badges of Office

With photo-etching, logos and badges can be perfectly reproduced.

For Bristol Cathedral, Tamizan developed a 21st century version of their ship and crown design (right). These badges are worn during Cathedral duties by the Prebendaries, who include the Catholic Bishop of Bristol.

The Unicorn was taken from the 1673 map of Bristol by James Millerd, and the lions (see larger picture) refer to the stone guardians of the main staircases.

Wedding Gifts

The small cup (right) is a wedding present, private commission 2005. Similar vessels may be commissioned from £500.

Wedding or betrothal rings are also very popular, red and orange enamels look spectacular on yellow gold.

Exhibitions

This fun piece called 'Unchastity Belt' was created for ACJ-Bristol's Transformation exhibition.

Special Occasions

This seahorse necklace won the 2007 Fred Barnes Memorial Award at the Guild of Enamellers Conference.
